  • I have more items than expected, do I need to upgrade?
    If you have more than expected on the day of collection, our team will be able to advise accordingly on any additional costs. Payments for upgraded loads and items can be made on the job via cash or card payments.
  • What time will my disposal be collected?
    When booking in your disposal collection, our team aims to get to you within the one hour time slots but please do allow a one hour buffer due to traffic. However, part of our services we will always communicate clearly and effectively of our teams estimated time of arrival.
  • Do I need to be present during the collection?
    Please do give us notice if you are not present in the collection location. If you aren't around, please do ensure items are placed outside of the location ready to be collected, our team will contact you upon arrival and confirm items and completion of the disposal.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    Yes, we hold a full waste carrier license issued by the Environmental Agency. Our teams are also fully insured on vehicles and public liability insurance.
  • Where do I place my disposal collection?
    Whether your collection point is in a house, flat or commercial property, our professional teams can remove items off your premises with your consent. Please do provide descriptions of the locations whether its on a multi-story building or no lift access so our team will be well prepared.
  • How do I make payments?
    Payments will be made in person. You have the option to pay by card via chip and pin, Apple Pay or cash. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Payments Accepted

All payments will be made directly in person. We accept Cash and all major Debit and Credit cards via card machine and Apple Pay.

Holding Deposit

A holding deposit of £50 is required to prepare your booking. This amount will be deducted from the final payment, and you will pay the remaining balance at that time.

Cancellation Policy

You can rearrange your booking up to 14 days in advance free of charge. Cancellations within 14 days of the collection day will incur a £20 fee and cancellation within 24 hours of the collection day will incur a £50 cancellation fee.
